1) diagnostic statement : a diagnostic statement is a formal written documentation of a nursing diagnosis . It includes the label or diagnosis ,the etiology and a indicators . In the statement ,the etiology is preceded by the phrase" related to " . The indicators are the assessment data that led to the diagnosis.

They are preceded by the phrase ,"as evidenced by ".

The north american nursing diagnosis association (NANDA) defined nursing diagnosis as " a clinical judgement about individual ,family , or community responses to actul or potential health problem / life processes .nursing diagnosis provide the basis For selection of nursing interventions to achieve outcomes For which the nurse is accountable .

2) impending : used to refer to an event ,usualky something unpleasant or unwanted that is going to happen soon.

3) neoplasm : a neoplasm is an abnormal growth of tissue caused by the rapid division of cells that have undergone some form of mutation.
