• Some older client may neglect the care given by the nurse due to some mental and physical worries, but in the presence of the loved ones and the family members the client can able feel better and accept the care given by the nurse.
• More than the medicines and nursing care family support is highly preferable it plays a major role in the development of the client status.
• The health education in the home care is effective because the family members will insist the client to follow the appropriate follow ups given by the nurse.
