Advantages:
-It improves quality care by reducing errors and
misinterpretation.
-It is efficacy and convenience by saving time
-It saves space in a file cabinet by avoiding unnecessary occupying
the space by keeping a bundle of papers.
-It helps the patient to make quick access to their health updates
when they need it.
-It helps in fulfilling meaningful use needs for medicare and

Disadvantages:
- There is a chance for malpractice liability when there is a
treatment error.
-There will be privacy and security issues when there is a
vulnerability to hacking.
-It creates panic and mistrust sometimes for patients when they can
