robert should fill the NACO form for HIV tested positive. he should counsel properly about the sexual life and to use preventive measures during sex. if he is having any invasive procedure then they have to go for use of proper personal protective equipment. dont make panic to the patient and maintain confidentiality among staff also. if the patient is admit under IPD then place a high risk board or provide high risk colour code to robert. proper handling of patient and his linen and equipment should also take care.
