Kotter's
There are eight steps for leading change in implementation can be categorized into three namely a creation ,engagement and implementation
Step 1
Here a sense of urgency is created by comllacement method. Here they dont focus on success but definitely be sure not to have a loss.Thus is systematically followed by false urgency and true urgency in taking the first step towards a task.
Step 2
A powerful leader group has to be formed here .It should have a good power for a position, leadership, credibility and expertise in the field. This is called to be guiding coalition
Step 3
Any work or organization should have a change vision to follow ir and achieve success by working towards it.
Step 4
The bison which is formulated has to be passed on to others or simply communicated to others in the team
Step 5
The barriers or obstructions in the way for achieving the visom has to be removed ,so that everyone can work towards the goal without any hindrance.In simple the structural and supervisory barriers has to be removed
Step 6
Short term success has to be achieved.This gives a sense of confidence and proceed the individual for long term success
Step 7
Now it is very important to toil and sustain in it in any given period of time ir with any difficulty
Step 8
Institute the new changes as the last step.
