The steps of Recruiting process in an organisation are as :

1) Identifying the hiring needs - The very first step in the process of recruitment is the identification of the hiring needs of the organisation . Recruitment starts with identifying the vacancies that exist or just vacated in the organisation and analysing the job specifications including knowledge , skills and experience required for the specific role .

2) Preparing the Job Description- After identifying the set of skills ,knowledge and experience required for the job , the next step is the preparation of a job description . Job description determines the duties and responsibilities of the job . It helps to know what the potential employee must have in order to meet the demands of the role .

3) Talent Search - Attracting and identifying the right talent for the job is the most important part of recruitment process . The job listing should be done internally or externally through various sources such as social media websites or preferred job boards . Recruitment can also be done by conducting job fairs or campus placements in an industry .

4) Screening and Shortlisting - The next step in the process of recruitment is the screening and shortlisting of desirable candidates or applicants efficiently and accurately for the required job .

5) Interviewing- Once the candidates are screened and shortlisted , they move through the interview process where they are being judge on the basis of their knowledge , skills and experience prior to receiving an offer letter or a rejection note .

6) Evaluation and Offer of Employment - The final stage of the recruitment process is the evaluation of the candidates interviewed matching with the requirements of the job and offering the employment to the desired candidates .

The implementation challenges in hiring senior talent / top executive for the company are :

1) High competition among companies for hiring the best talent at all levels majorly at executive level due to low unemployment rate .Top executives know they are in demand and can choose to work anywhere they want to .
2) Almost every top level executive are already employed and are not actively looking for a new job .
3) Leadership is changing and most of the executives have been retired and new employees are moving to management positions . It’s going through big changes in terms of style and tradition .
