Emergency Call and Operation Center, an Emergency system which enhances and improves Saudi Arabia's safety and security pertaining to operational capabilities is the agency responsible for the disaster management. In Hajj since a large number of people gather at one place disaster could be caused due to issues in road safety and a huge crowd gathering leading to a stampede. The members of the traffic police are of help in such a scenario. A huge public gathering may cause fire outbreak for which firefighters come to help. There may be an outbreak of infectious diseases for which physicians and nurses I.e. health care providers are helpful.
