Death in simple refers to irreversible loss of physiological functions of a being.The medical professionals are the first person to talk or convey in regards to death to a patient or their relative.The professionals can make the talk productive talk by creating a comfort zone and trust on them by the patient to share and discuss about their feelings.Listening is the best tool with silence in certain place of conversation can make the patient feel that someone is there to listen their emotions .

Death is a natural phenomenon. It is not only the medical professionals but also the entire living being has end in some point of their life.Pushing back death can be done if it is in the beneficence of patient rather than causing any harm.

Euthanasia is a form of medical help to end one's life .In simple it is called as Physician Assisted Suicide. It is considered to be legal in most of the states after lots of controversy and necessity. It should be legal because everyone deserves a life painless,compassion at the end of their life.If this harmony is affected then it is not only physical pain but also emotional pain .Eg., An elderly patient in with end stage cancer disease going to survive for only six months and will have a painful death, here this patient will be in need of this measure legally if requested by them on the grounds of principle of autonomy.
