Answer: Stress is a condition which can occur due to various reasons. It has been found in one of the survey that near about 82% of population suffers from stress. If stress conditions would not be managed, it may lead to serious diseases and disorder. Stress condition leads to mental disorder such as dementia in older adults, depression etc.

Stress can be manage by adopting several methods such as:

  • Eating healthy foods and adopting healthy lifestyle can eliminate the risk of stress. Because many people suffers from stress as they are physically ill or have some kind of disease.
  • Exercise is one of the best way to reduce stress as it provides energy and keeps mind healthy.
  • Mediation provides calmness to the mind.
  • Doing hobbies or favourite work to get relaxed
