Owners and managers.

For corporations, the principal-agent relationship usually refers to the relationship between owners and managers. In Principal-Agent relationship, agent act on the behalf of the Principal and Principal make the decision. In owners-Managers relationship, the manager act on behalf of the owner and the owner make the decisions.
