I agree with that statement on some situations but not. For
example say your boyfriend breaks up with you and you perception is
that your still together well that cannot be reality because
clearly your boyfriend broke up with you and the reality is your
not with each other anymore. So in that case perception cannot be
reality.
Now there are situations where perception can be reality. It
depends how you view things. For example, my friend believes he
cannot get a girlfriend because he's to ugly and all the girls are
way to good for him. This is his perception which then becomes his
reality because he has already set himself up for failure.
