Thinking about health management and administration; Think of a good leader and a poor leader that you either worked for or know about. Three qualities of a good leader

                  * Good administative skills

                              Proper management of an institution based on administrative skills of a leader so

                              leader should be able to manage workers and resources effectively to get better

                              outcomes.

                  * Good communicator

                             * Effective communication with workers in all departments is useful to exchange

                               ideas and ensure participation of all members of the institution to a common goal

                                or objective.

                   * Positive attitude

   * It help overcomes problem occurs during managing activities of an institution and

   motivate to do something new which is helpful for the growth and development of

   of the agency or institution.

Three bad qualities of a leader

                         * Impulsive behaviour

                                 it make a negative impact on the growth of institution and result in poor cooperation

                                 from the employees who work in that institution.

                         * Lack of responsibility

                                  Irresponsibility in managing activities of an institution leads to decrease in growth

                                  of the institution.

                         * Fail to update new inventions in work place

                                 Lack of availability of new equipments and technology in work areas affect the

                                 quality of work .

* Use of technology

               Application of new technology in health care field especially informaton technology help to

               improve the quality of care through,

                            * Using electrical health records instead of paper documentation help to maintain

                               confidentiality of data by using passwords.

                            * It help to save time needed for documentation and use that time for patient care.

                            * It helps to transfer of health informations from one health care provider to other

                               health provider in a very short time in emergency situvations.

                            * Technology enhance professionalism in the field of health care.

                            * Use of technology in screening of diseses and prescription of drugs is

                               helpful for effective management of diseases.

                            * Application of technology in health care helps to avoid medical errors in

                               documentation.

                           * New equipments used in health care are products of technology which make the
