Ànswer: Every human being is different in their own way and have different perspective on life. There is a relationship between personality and health. People have different personalities as well as their level of thinking. Health is directly proportional to the psychological thinking. For example, A person is obese and his perception of being fat is a normal thing. So, he does not do any effort to loose weight or try to reduce the calories intake. This effect his health as he will become more prone to diseases. But it is all about psychological thinking.

In another example, A women is concerned with her health and do exercise to have fit body. Her perception on health is that if one always stay active and eat healthy food, the chances of getting sick or ill will be minimised.

Alcohol consumption is one of the major cause of many lungs and liver diseases. There is a relationship between the age and alcohol consumption as 65% of the men aged between 18-29 years consumes alcohol. This age group are young and their liver and body functions properly. But due to excessive consumption of alcohol their body starts degrading slowly as their immune system is strong at this age so body's defence system work properly. Whereas adult people are at major risk of developing disease as they become more prone to the cancer and other diseases.

The young generation are more likely to abuse alcohol as they think that it is a kind of trend for them to consume excessive alcohol. Many accidents are due to drinking and driving. Women consuming alcohol for a long term may cause dysfunction in their hormonal level and decrease the rate of fertility.

The older adults suffers with stress as they mostly get retired or they are not able to enjoy with their family. The loneliness is one of the major cause of the stress among elderly people. Women are more prone to stress and they consider most of the things seriously. At the elderly age no one is their to take care of them.
