The growing demand day to day and shortages of health care professionals has led yo huge opening in many fields.One such is the Nurse Anesthetist (STEM Medicine career)The nurse once considered to serve the patients under order in the hospital especially in the operation theatre.Now deserves the right to take decision and provide suggestions and help the surgeons to perform their surgery smoothly with the help of anaesthesia they administer to the patients.

Some of the steps necessary to take this career are to complete a RNRM (BSN),enroll for state licensure, clinical experience, complete Master degree,Become a CRNA,practice in healthcare sector
