Administrative staff monitoring in the Administrative area like

* Introducing of policies and procedures of the hospital or clinic.

* These all rules and regulations are followed and known by all the employees.

* These policies should be keep in reasonably, like giving higher authority to the superiors, that means line of authority should be follow.

* In disciplinary area like following punctuality and rules ect.

* Patient admission area,

* Communication with family members ,

* Sending lab reports

* Collecting lab reports

* Billing maintainance

* maintain coordination among all medical and paramedical staff,

* Patient education.

These all areas we need to monitor all administrative staff.
