The microbiome can be defined as a group of microorganisms that occupy a certain territory particularly those alive in human beings

Skin 21% Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, and Bacteroidetes
Conjunctiva 1% Gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria
GI tract 29% probiotic bacteria, lactobacillus,fungi,viruses
Urethra & bladder 9% Escherichia coli,
Uterus Escherichia coli, Epstein- Barr, etc
Oral cavity 26% Actinomyces, Lactobacillus, Treponema, etc and fungi like Candida, Cladosporium, and Cryptococcus
