Please answer all 3 parts of the question from the picture . I attempted to answer this question but I’m confused.. if the electroscope is negatively charge wil it still have positive charges ?.. please help thank you.

What will happen to the leaves if a positively charged rod were brought close to the electroscope? AH6w would this be different if the electroscope was not charged at all ,
