Spiritual teaching in institutions is always a challenge to most teachers. Cultural sensitivity is always necessary when providing lessons. To provide active learning and always maintain the teacher-student relationship. A spiritual history is useful in identifying a patient’s spiritual belief or cause of spiritual distress. I will listen the student’s opinion about God. After which I would ask a set of questions to clearly establish student’s spiritual belief, and how he copes up with stress
