The issue of environmental justice and its importance to the people, society, any particular locality is that any adverse environmental policy or any type of environmental policy which has not considered all the affected areas, states, locality, minority populated areas and had shown partiality towards any area, race, minority, color of people, etc. can harm to do environmental injustice to the affected area or people of the area.

Environmental justice should take into considerations the environmental benefits and its burden, i.e. pollution of any type and while making environmental policies the concerned government should make a balance between environmental benefits and associated burdens and it should make and impart environmental justice to all sort of people without any favor or fear and without considering ethnicity, race, color, minority status and should not be biased towards any specific area.

Environment justice is very important since there are many harmful effects of environmental injustice, i.e. contaminated water, air pollution, asthma to the people, health hazards to the masses due to pollution and specially its effect on the children's, etc.

The measures like while making environmental policies it should be ensured that environmental pollution control measures should be put in place already and the adaptation of technology for the polluting firms should be made mandatory which will ensure its positive effects on the environment and health of the masses/people at large.

Proper training to the employees of the firms should be given for how to less pollute the environment.

civil society should be encouraged to raise any wrongdoing by any firm or any lapse at the end of any government agency and guilty should be held responsible for the environmental pollution.

Farmers should be trained and should be given subsidy to purchase and use advanced technology equipments which less pollute the environment.

There should be a proper system in place to tackle any environmental pollution or the health hazard/adverse health effects on the people at large, like the special measures to save people from adverse health issues due to any nuclear leakage issues, etc.
