The quality of healthcare and excellent customer service are related to each other because only when we take our patient seriously, listen to him or her, record the history and provide customized evidence-based practice we achieve our targets of recovery. Employee turnover is a barrier to good customer service, as the experienced and trained employees leave the organization leading to a cost burned and burden of human resource as well.
