As per my opinion nurses have to deal with living human beings everyday, we know from chrak ,Sushruta s age medical and surgical knowledge is upgrading continuesly and it's dynamic ,it's not static.so many new diseases are discovered which we do not learn in past books and new instruments ,new machines related to surgery are discovered and new medicines also came in market .Thatswy for keeping inner knowledge upgraded and to get readily adjustable to new environments contineuos learning is very much essential
