The kolcaba's theory of comfort describes comfor as a basic requirement of every human individual for relaxation,simplicity or predominance resulting from health supervision conditions which are frustrating.The comfort are able to increae health searching actions for clients.relatives and nurse supervisors.

The most important idea of katharine kolcaba's hypotheis is comfort.Some of the othet connected ideas involve safe keeping,comfory procedures,holistic supervision,health searching actions and organizational ethics.

The kolcaba's theory clearly label the 4 components of the Nursing Metaparadim.Contributing the comfort in,

2) Psychospiritual

3) Physical

and

4) Environmental features for decreasing injurious stresses is the conceptual declaration of this hypothesis.At the time when the nursing involvement is successful,the result of increased comfort is achieved.

* This hypothesis was obtained from the Watson's hypothesis of human care and also from her self experiences.The kolcaba was a nurse who asked to explain her duty as a nurse apart from functional liabilities.
