Here we are going to use the relative expressions between concentrations and volumes.

Cini.Vini = Cfin.Vfin

Here the initial concentration given (Cini)= 100 mg/mL

Final concentration (Cfin) = 70mg/mL

and final volume = 20uL

The initial volume of solution required = "C" uL

Hence, Vini = (70 mg/mL X 20 uL)/100 mg/mL = 14 uL

Hence, 14 uL of protein solution (with 100 mg/mL) is required and need to dissolve up to 20 uL to prepare the solution of 70 mg/mL.

For dissolution you can use the water (or any other solution) provided.
