Answer #1

Nurses do have the right to question the care that is being rendered to the patient and they should report anything to the authorities that is seen to be a concern. If not reported, the nurse could be held liable for any problems. The primary goal of any health care provider is to improve the current condition of the patient to the best of their ability. The Nursing Care Act provides that nurses have the responsibility to provide duty in the best possible manner. This ensures nurses report anything wrong that they my witness. Such situations can occur in cases when there is presumption that the care provided will deteriorate the health of the patient .
