Answer: The low intake of carbohydrates can reduce the blood cholesterol level and aids to weight loss. The reduced intake of carbs can provide a better opportunity for the obese patients and enhances the blood circulation.

It is necessary to keep count on the carbs intake so, the calorie intake should be monitored. Indulgence of green vegetables along with fruits such as spinach which is rich in iron and have negligible amount of carbs can provide a healthy and nutritious food to our body as it is a good source of fibre as well as iron.

The increased use of less carbohydrates can balance the life style and hence protects from cardiovascular diseases as well as many other diseases. But the diabetic patients needs to be very careful with the carbs cut down as it may increase the adverse effects.
