Answer: The disease related to the GI causes many problems in the living normal life as it causes discomfort along with the pain. Sometimes people becomes unable to eat, sleep normally due to the chronic disease of GI. The two nursing interventions that can provide little relief to the patient suffering from GI disease that nurse should intervene about the food intake such as teaching patient to avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. This will reduce the acid reflux. Nurse should also inform patient about the proper timing of the medication such as those medicines that should be taken along with medicine or on empty stomach.
