PHR : means patient health records or personal health records, in which maintainance of the all patient related information or care or data by patient it self is called patient health records.

I will implement the PHR functionalities are :

* support patient centered health care.

* maintaining of patient related health records and these are accessible to the client.

* it can be useful to self management of client.

* it includes the physician oriented functionalities.

* I can control the access of information by consumers like friends and health care providers.
