What is the incidence & prevalence of the emergent issue you have selected for the capstone? What is the epidemiology & etiology of the issue?
• Problem Statement should focus further discuss and define the capstone topic and why it is a problem from an administrative perspective. This is where the student provides the foundation for the research question.

* Incidence and prevalence of the cancer is 439.2 cases 1,00,000 men and women. Per year based on some 2.11 -2015 senses.

* as the population ages increases the cancer prevalence also increases.

Epidemiology and etiology of the issue :

* some of the genetic factors like mutations of the genes,  

* abnormal cells growth or carcinogenic growth,

* any family history.

* exposure to the radiations,

* by having poor healthy babies like tobacco chewing, more partners than one.

* cigarettes smoking,

* exposure to some chemical agents in occupational industries ect.

These are some etiological factors,

Due to these there is a chance to get the cancer.
