Inferential statistics makes inferences about populations using data drawn from the population. Instead of using the entire population to gather the data, the statistician will collect a sample or samples from the millions of residents and make inferences about the entire population using the sample

Qualitative data analysis is simply the process of examining qualitative data to derive an explanation for a specific phenomenon.

Healthcare data management is the process of analyzing all the data collected from several sources. This helps the healthcare organizations treat their patients in a holistic manner, provide personalized treatments and enhance health outcomes. There must be efficient tools and methods to create value from the data. To make informed practice decisions, nurses need access to aggregate data about their patients and the impact of their care, and they need to know how to interpret that data
