The answer is C that is jeanette. She lost her job as an aircraft designer in a milatery aircraft compny. NOw over a year she is searching for a job but no one is interested in her old skills. It is due to the technological skills have been changed over a period of time. As she was out of job almost for a year her skills became outdated . Structural umplyment arises due to the technological change come in that particular field and people skill become obselete.
