1. No. Although language development varies in relationship to physical activity, language skills are rapidly accelerated by 15 to 24 months of age. By the time, 60 to 70% of the child's speech is understandable and speaks vocabulary to about 300 or more words.

2. No. Sally's weight and height are adequate for her age. The normal weight for female preschool children is 14 kilogram and height is 94 centimeter.

3. The nurse should explain to Sally's mother that temper tantrum is normal to children within the age group of 1 to 4 years. These tantrums are just used by children to vent their frustrations and to protest their lack of control. Give information like

a) reduce or avoid situations that create the child to more erupt to tantrums.

b) Frequent communication with the children

c) Accept their little choices and

d) Distract the child from tantrums creating situations. This can be easily done by a mother because children are easy to divert and to handle.

4. Reward the child for good behavior is one of the best discipline method for a preschool children. Effective discipline strategy reinforces desired behavior, consider the parent to child relationship and reduces the consequences of negative behavior.
