3) She is suffering from Diabetes and Hypertension.

She should avoid simple carbohydrates which are processed such as sugar,pasta,white bread,flour ,cookies to lower the level of blood glucose.

She should take diet having complex carbohydrates such as brown rice,whole wheat, fruits,beans and also take protein rich diet such as seafood,lean meats and poultry as it provides steady energy.

She should avoid salty food such as pickles,canned soups,Tomato products,packaged foods to lower the blood pressure.

She should take diet rich in whole grains,fruits, vegetables and low fat diary products to maintain normal blood pressure.
