Necessary dietary changes are :-

- avoiding coke and sprite ,instead she should be advised to take juices or fruits

- avoid starbucks cappuccino everyday as it can shhot her BP and also increase her carbs

- avoiding french fries and taco bell nachos to decrease carbs and hence fat and obesity

- avoid bowl of ice cream at night as its not healthy to have so much sweet plus carbs at night ,it would increase her sugars and hence obesity .
