  1. LDL level is increased 170mg/dl (100-190mg/dl)considered as normal. It is called bad cholesterol.

2.Dietary changes :

  • Avoid saturated fatty acid mostly get from animal. It include fatty cuts of meat, poultry with skin, whole milk, fried food, processed food, animal fat, dessert, fatty snack.
  • Prefer unsaturated fatty acids which reduce the cholesterol level. It obtained from plant including safflower, sunflower, corn, soybeans and cottonseed. These are monosaturated fatty acid which prevent heart disease.
  • Polysaturated fatty acid called omega-3-fatty acid which include high fiber content such as legumes, green leafy vegetables, whole wheat, high fiber, fruits (apple, berries, banana etc).
  • Include fiber such as oat, banana, apple, berries, legumes, lentils and whole fruits and greenleafy vegetables.
  • Avoid transfat:hydogenated vegetables oi

3.Here HDL low ie, 30(<40considered normal )which denotes high risk of developing heart disease. It is called good cholesterol.

  • Regular exercise is increase HDL. The recommended exercise are aerobic exercise such walking, jogging, bicycling.
  • Add high fiber which mentioned earlier and saturated fatty acid foods.
