3. Evaluate the way you use your body mechanics, attend in service program focusing on body mechanics, concentrate on how you are using your body when moving and turning patient and position bed at a comfortable height or weight.

4. Any trauma related injury needs to be report frist and immediately to the nurse supervisor.
