Macrosociology.

It is the sociology which deals with the analysis of large group and population at large scale in a social settings.it covers a large group or topic that contains combination of various sizes, large institutions of societies, past study of one or more societies, it covers all the individual their society and history.

Microsociology.

It is the type of sociology which deals with human interaction with a very small group of people and also based upon small social interaction, the member of this society share close connection with the academic discipline.face to face interaction and everyday behaviour of individuals a particular situation is called microsociology.

Difference between macro and micro sociology

Microsociology.

It deals with the personal choices and behaviour in social setting.

It deals with a small group of people.

It focuses on the study of small group their conflicts and agreement.

Macrosociology

It deals with the wide range of social interaction and explanations for social conditions.

It emphasizes on the relationship between society and the structure of society.

It deals with the reasons of mishappening, conflicts , war and ethinicity agreement.

Similarities between micro and macro sociology.

1. One of the similarities are that they both study human and their interactions with other human in a particular situation.

2. Study of one leads to understanding of other, it is because microsociology deals with small group and macro deals with larger group , but both interacts with human behaviour .

3. Both the approached are made to analyse social changing .

4. Both are similar in individual study , families and other social networks, micro focuses on close detail of individual while macro focuses on detail of individuals as whole.
