Saturated fat :

By avoiding meat aka a protein high in saturated fat and a good way to avoid the risk of cardiovascular disease becausethe daily intake of saturated fat would be substantially lower.

Totalfat :

Total daily intake of fat would be lowered because animal protein is high in bad fats but plant protein is low in fat helping to prevent weight gain.

Cholesterol :

Ingeneral plant proteins do not contain cholesterol so it would dramatically lower an individual’s cholesterol intake. Fiber :

Fiber intake would increase because plant protein filled foods are rich in fiber.

Total kcalories :

The total kcalories per day would be lowered, because protein from plant sources have high quality protein and provide an adequate amount of protein yet in general contain less kcalories than meat proteins.
