Cultural formation is a process by which a person learns the culture of its society, both in terms of humanity and as a citizen. On humanity grounds, cultural formation takes place by making the person learn the values morally and intellectually. Good citizen should learn how o participate in the process of choosing the government and act as a responsible citizen.
The culture formation takes place and is being taught in the school and University. The students are being exposed to various subjects where they are being taught the moral values like speaking truth, honesty, trustworthiness and helping the poor and disabled people. Teachers teach the kids the moral values and the manners which make them morally strong.
