The cultural borrowing I have seen in the US companies from the Indian culture is the respect and care for the co-workers. In the Indian companies, employees are extremely connected to each other thereby fulfilling the sense of belonging need according to Maslow's hierarchy theory. It used to lack in the US culture which was adopted from the Indian companies.
