I believe that I am quite an effective and sensitive individual regarding diversity in culture because I believe that diversity plays an improtant role and also provides us an opportunity to learn about new cultures and it is our duty to provide them comfortable environment to live and learn. So I will rate myself as commendable in this context. I believe that diversity is something that needs to be valued and respected and we should also protect the interests of diversity as well which will ensure that such an approach is successful and better for any organization. I generally have a no tolerance attitude towards discrimination based on culture or race or religion or national origin or gender because I believe that such factors generally moves us backward to quite some extent instead we should protect the interests of everyone and motivate them for betterment.
