Cultural diversity is very common in today's global environment . Culture plays a key role in shaping up th ecompany and it's reputation. Inorder to maintain harmony between different cultures, company needs to set up it's own culture and ethics so that no culture will have domination in th eorganisation. The company must ensure that all the employees follow the rules of the company and hence all follow a single culture . In this way cultural diversity can be managed.

Performance management system can be implemented by constant follow up and monitoring. Training sessions must be conducted on the management of one's performance and team. This gives a boost up to the employees and they will be eager to perform. This makes every team to monitor their performance and every individual to perform . Hence the performance management system canbe implemented.
