It increases the ability to cope up with the situation, depression etc. In the case of nursing profession, it is important to learn to provide cultural competence environment to the patients. The ability to provide cultural competence environment means elevating the healthy atmosphere to the patient so that they can easily discuss their problem. It is important to improve the ability by indulging ourselves in research, evidence based practice etc. The evidence based practice enhances the decision making as well as critical thinking skills. This improves the quality of care that can be provided to the patients.
