ClO2-, NO3-, Br- are all having negative charge which can be donated.
So, all of them are Lewis base and hence they will produce basic pH.

On the other hand, NH4+ has H+ which can be donated and hence NH4+ act as acid.

So, NH4+ will produce acidic pH
