1. The three members are one team leader to identify priority of treatment,  experienced male ICU RN for providing treatment  and one Staff for taking charge of shifting of patient.

2. During mass casuality the leader role is identifying the priority of treatment like Colour coding for high risk, low risk and death patient. The experienced male RN role is providing prescribed tretment by the doctor with their team according to the colour coding.the shifting staff role is shifting the victim to ICU or ward or mortuary or to higher refferal center if the treatment is not available here.

3. Critical dillemmas are late diagnosis , late investigation, time taking for investigation reporting, lack of documentation due to scarsity of staff, dilemma in palliative care and end of life care as patient load is increasing and immediate shifting is required.
