Answer #1

Free cash flow = [EBIT-Taxes+Depreciation & Amortization] - Capex - Change in working capital

Where,

Capex (Capital expenditure)

For calculation Capex we will use the below formula

= Closing property, plant and equipment -Openig property, plant and equipment + Depreciation

= 1000 - 870 + 100

=130+100

=230

Capex = 230

Change in working capital = Working capital ( current year ) - Working capital (previous year)

Working capital = Current assets - current liabilities

Now using the above values we will calculate working capital for each year

Working capital for 2016 = 810 - 230

= 580

Working capital for 2017 = 1000-310

= 690

Now we will calculate change in working capital = 690-580

= 110

So Free cash flow.

= 400 - 124.8 + 100 - 230 - 110

= 35.2
