GC separation will not differ by changing the GC equipment. Following options can be considered to improve separation.

1. optimizing the column temperature,

2. Optimize carrier gas velocity

3. Change the temperature ramp (lowering from the current level)

In general low boiling compound will elute first followed by higher boiling point.
