Description	impact
One patient who is unaware of continuing child bearing In spite of her own bad health condition. But abortion was not Permitted in their religion. But I have to give her autonomy for not undergoing abortion. This autonomy is one of the 4 tenets of ethics	Ultimately patient died.
The ethical values are my attributes of principles and trustworthiness and righteousness which guide me in my profession to give total care to my patients and also guide me for my own professional devolopment.

The utilitarian approach such as I have to be guided by moral value if the action is right or wrong.e.g my decision of accessing EHR (electronic health records) to all emergency surgery team member may benefit the care of the patients immediately.But this may not be right in some way. 2nd theory is deontology which says that it is duty based obligations.e.g For patients safety the rn may not allow him to take his regular alcohol may whatever the consequences.E.g murderer is never accepted in a society but for self defense one may not have many options open.	This moral of wrong or right action may impact my professional rise in both the ways 2. It will save the patient from harm
A formal ethical problem soving methodology can be accessed step by step 1st to assess. if there is any ethics issue present there . 2 then identify which of the principles involved (autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficens.) 3Compare  the issue of competing values with the values or ethical principle--- which one is more relevant should be taken into consideration. 4.An action plan is devoloped according to the ethical issue 5.implemantation of the plan 6. result	Accordingly describe positive impact. I am giving the example of the task you have done Say the action of merger acquisition of two healthcare facilities and access to the EHR by your department for medicare of the patient. Your action will give a relatively faster payment to doctors,nurses hospital etc.
