The cause of anxiety can be some of the medical situations like heart problems or disorders,asthma,diabetes or thyroid diseases which requires medical care.There is a obvious connection among anxiety and caffeine and anxiety and alcohol.Some medications can also leads to anxiety and stress can also leads to anxiety issues.
What can be done to resolve those conflicts and fear of anxiety include,
- Utilize humor to let down the fear.
- Perform physical exercise daily.
- Refresh the memory ourselves that our anxiety is a warehouse of sagacity.
