        Formula

            Flow rate = Volume(ml) / Time(hr)

     Here

          Volume(ml) = 500 ml.

            Time(hr) = 12 hr.

As per above formula

           Flow rate (ml/hr) = 500 / 12

                                    e = 41.67 ml/hr.
