Answer #1

AS WE KNOW THAT THE USE OF INTERNET IS INEVITABLE IN TODAY'S LIFE. ESPECIALLY THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA LIKE FACEBOOK, WHATS APP ARE INCREASING DAY BY DAY . THIS INCREASED USE DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY AFFECT THE PRODUCTIVITY OF BUSINESS .MAIN REASON IS THAT EMPLOYEES CHECK THEIR MESSAGES AND UPDATES AT LEAST TWO OR MORE TIMES AN HOUR

IF COMPLETE FREEDOM ALLOWED TO EMPLOYEES FOR USING INTERNET AND SOCIAL MEDIA, PRODUCTIVITY FALLS TO A GREAT EXTEND.... THAT MEANS THE SITUATION MAY LEAD TO COMPLETE LOSS OF BUSINESS... IN MY OPINION CONTROLLED AND WELL MONITORED USE OF INTERNET, MAXIMUM TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY MAY BE ALLOWED TO EMPLOYEES.........WITHOUT AFFECTING DAY TODAY TASKS........

I RECOMMEND TO RESTRICT THE USE OF MOBILE PHONES IN WORKING TIME..... ALLOW USING MOBILE PHONE ONLY AT BREAK TIMES.......... URGENT CALLS MAY BE ALLOWED DURING WORK TIME OR PROVIDE LAND PHONES TO EACH TABLE...........................

ALSO BLOCK UNWANTED WEBSITES AND ONLY ALLOW SITES WHICH ARE CONNECTED WITH COMPANIES OPERATIONS............ THIS IS BECAUSE MAJOR PORTION OF COMPANIES OPERATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS ARE GOING THROUGH ONLINE BASIS ESPECIALLY ACCOUNTING..

DO NOT ALLOW EMPLOYEES TO ENTER INTO THEIR PERSONNEL EMAILS AND SOCIAL MEDIA SITES THROUGH THE COMPUTERS OF THE COMPANY.....

STRICT MONITORING IS NECESSARY RELATING TO COMPUTER AND INTERNET USAGE ,BECAUSE THERE ARE A LOT OF PROGRAMS AND APPLICATIONS TO OVERCOME THE RESTRICTIONS THAT ARE SET TO COMPUTER AND INTERNET BY THE COMPANY...

AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT OF AN EMPLOYEE,STRICT WARNING SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THEM RELATING TO INTERNET USAGE .OTHERWISE THEY WILL TAKE IT AS A SILLY MATTER

IN SHORT I SUGGEST NOT TO ALLOW UNOFFICIAL INTERNET ACCESS AT THE WORKING TIME........NOT EVEN ALLOW EMPLOYEES TO USE MOBILE PHONES AT THE TIME OF WORK......THEIR INTERNET ACTIVITIES SHOULD BE STRICTLY MONITORED DAILY OR EVEN ONCE IN 3 DAYS..............

TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL IN THE BUSINESS ,INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEES KEEP A LONG DISTANCE BETWEEN SOCIAL MEDIA AND SHOPPING SITES AND THE EMPLOYER

THANK YOU
